I wish we could post pictures on google reviews (maybe we can but I don't know how) as I'd post the computer generated picture he ordered from with recipe that clearly says "insert", not flag. I would also post the picture of what he received.

Mr. Shaw ordered his flowers online from a "flower order gatherer" - who really does that for a special order?? First when he called the shop to complain; he stated the flowers were beautiful as he expected and he forgot to mention that.......... Secondly, if when he was ordering this special bouquet on the internet he would have seen that it was NOT a flag, but merely an insert (which is made from cardboard type material). Had he phoned a florist directly he could have requested a flag and we would have been happy to accommodate that.
I live in Las Vegas, NV, my girlfriend resides in Lavonia, GA (yeah the distance sucks) but I ordered flowers to go to my girlfriend for her graduation since I couldn't be there. I used a third party website and these guys were given my order; the customer service, delivery time, arrangements, and everything else these guys did was fantastic!! A big thanks to Flowers by the Lake.

My daughter ordered (via telephone) 70 balloons to be delivered for my birthday. I love the balloons! They were delivered in bundles of 10 with each bundle attached to a birthday bag stuffed with tinsel. They made my house very festive! Thanks for a great job!
The wreath was designed with much care and appreciation and attention to detail.
My boyfriend sent both my mother and I flowers from this vendor for Christmas and both arrangements were absolutely beautiful! I would not only recommend this vendor but plan to use them in the future. Thank you!
